Music and movement are two of the most powerful tools we have to shift our state and rewire how we relate to stress. When we learn to use rhythm intentionally, we build resilience—not just in the moment, but in how we show up at work, in relationships, and in our own self-care.”
What to Expect:
Reggae Reset
Mellow reggae track. Feel the rhythm. Let your breath sync with the beat.
The Science of Sound & Somatics
Music activates the brain’s reward system—dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin. These
chemicals help us feel safe, connected, and motivated.
Touch and rhythm regulate the vagus nerve, which controls heart rate, digestion,
and emotional balance.
Nervous System Reset
Ambient music, grounding, self massage, tapping, breathing focus, and movement.
Shake It Off
Stress prepares your body for action. If you don’t move, that energy gets stuck. Shaking, bouncing, and dancing help discharge tension and restore balance.”

This workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to explore movement and more.
The movement is free and expressive - you do not have to be a dancer or have any movement experience to join - just come along and enjoy!
