Welcome to Women Gather!

A nurturing and supportive space for women to join together each month.

Hosted by Studio Owner, Karine, who intertwines her passion and knowledge of seasonal and lunar living, as well as specialist training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Women’s Wellbeing, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).

This is a one off online event to honour and celebrate Junes new moon, and the first new moon after the Summer Solstice.

Explore a movement practice, meditation and relaxation themes around the new moon in Cancer.

There will be an opportunity to introduce yourself, and share with your fellow sisters should you wish.

Each gathering will offer you the opportunity to participate as much or little as you wish.

Come exactly as you are, and do what works for you!

Our usual monthly gatherings are based around the full moon.

As the gatherings are based around the lunar cycle of 2025, you may want to bring a journal, and each month make some notes before / during / after the gathering. This will result in your own personal, beautiful moon journal.

Wear clothes you can comfortably move and relax in. For the winter months, a warm pair of socks for relaxation is lovely.

You can join in the studio or LIVE online via Zoom.

If you cannot attend, recordings can be sent with prior request.

If you join the course part way through the year, all recordings will be sent to you.

Women Gather is a special monthly event that is either PAYG or included in Borne Unlimited Membership or Borne Lite Membership.

The Lunar Year Edition course is a stand alone offering with a set price, and not included in any monthly memberships.
