A gentle and supportive introduction to Yoga, designed to help you build confidence, flexibility, and strength at a comfortable pace.
Each week you’ll be guided through easy-to-follow classes that focus on movement, mindfulness, breath and relaxation.
For complete beginners, returners, and those wishing to return back to basics!
Weekly guided Yoga class suitable for complete beginners, returners, and those who would like to rediscover the foundations.
Taught by a Senior Yoga Teacher with specialist experiences in Beginners Yoga and “Yoga for All Bodies.”
Step-by-step instruction on Yoga postures (Asana).
A small group setting.
All equipment provided.
Stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.
Breathing techniques (Pranayama), to help calm and balance the mind and body.
Beginners Yoga booklet.
A supportive, welcoming environment with no pressure or judgment.

What does it cost?
£60 per person for all 4 weeks plus the Yoga Beginners booklet to take home.
The last class is an extended 75 minute class, so the total time of the course is 4 hours 15 mins.
All equipment is included, plus free herbal teas available at the studio.
