Step into spring with presence, purpose, and renewed light!

We are delighted to be collaborating with Blend Family at their newest location, Alfred Works in Birmingham, for a Spring Equinox Yoga class.

As the light returns and the days grow longer, spring invites us to soften, open, and bloom.

Join us for a 60 minute all levels Yoga class to gently awaken the body, clear stagnant energy, and plant fresh intentions for the season ahead.

Experience slow flowing Yoga encouraging expansion, fluidity, and renewed vitality. Expect steady, intentional movement guided by the rhythm of the breath.

As the practice unwinds, and to balance the more fiery flow energy, we will settle into some longer held Yin Yoga shapes.

Ending in a relaxation to invite reflection, release, and gentle integration.

Your teacher is Senior Yoga Teacher and Yoga Borne Studio Owner, Karine.

She has been teaching for over a decade, including creating special seasonal classes and events.

With a true passion for seasonal / cyclical living and Earth based wisdom, plus a teacher and student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which will be weaved into the class.

Please bring a Yoga mat, water, and anything that helps you feel comfortable (layers, blanket, cushion).
