WARM FLOW into Spring! (STUDIO)
Celebrate the turning of the seasons with a 45 minute warm Yoga flow practice and a deeply relaxing extended relaxation, designed to honour the balance of light and dark, Yin and Yang, at the Spring Equinox.
As day and night come into equal harmony, we’ll move through a steady, heart-opening sequence to awaken the body, refresh the mind, and create space for new beginnings.
This warm flow class will build gentle heat through fluid and flowing movement, and intentional breathwork, cultivating both strength and softness — energising yet calming, active yet mindful.
We’ll close with an extended, deeply relaxing Savasana, allowing time to fully absorb the benefits of the practice.
The guided relaxation will encourage nervous system balance, inner clarity, and a sense of renewal — leaving you feeling centered, open, and ready to step into the new season with ease.

Come as you are, do what works for you, and leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and deeply relaxed!
This is a warm class, so will be at a higher temperature than our general classes, but is not hot Yoga - which many people find more manageable.
The studio offers an infrared heater designed to warm and relax the body, plus additional heaters to maintain the room temperature.
