In 2025 we offered you a host of FREE / donation classes and giveaways for Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year is no different!

We are taking action and have lots of great stuff for you as an individual, for others you know, and for the community as a whole!

FRIDAY 15TH MAY - BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE!
Available for 5:15pm and 6:15pm classes.
(Terms & Conditions apply).

“Purchase” the FREE class credit here (using your details as registered on Glofox), and you will be contacted via email.

This is for Friday 15th YIN YOGA @ 6:15PM.

Your FREE FRIEND must register on Glofox BEFORE THE CLASS, in order for their space to be reserved.

An email confirmation means that a space has been reserved.

You will need to book the class using 1 x credit / PAYG for yourself in order for your friend to join for FREE!

Your friend will join you at the same class.
