Movement Is Medicine (MIM) is a fun, expressive, music‑led movement workshop designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and experience music in a completely new way.
This 90‑minute session blends education, creativity and embodied movement. You’ll learn how different genres affect your mood, energy and nervous system — and then experience a full MIM class where you get to move freely, without judgement, pressure or choreography. Just music, rhythm and pure stress‑free fun.
Perfect for anyone aged 16+ who loves music, wants to feel good in their body, or is curious about using rhythm as a wellbeing tool.
PLEASE NOTE: Under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

45‑minute MIM class A guided, easy‑to‑follow movement session that helps you shake off stress, loosen tension and feel incredible — no dance experience needed.
Chat + demo: How music works A fun breakdown of different genres, how they influence your mood and energy, and why your body responds the way it does.
Tools + benefits session Learn simple, practical ways to use music in daily life to regulate stress, boost your mood and support your wellbeing.
Beverage included A cold energizing drink to enjoy before the session.
