Mom & Baby Yoga – 4 Week Summer Series

6th July – 27th July 2026

Join us for a truly welcome and nurturing 4-week Mom & Baby Yoga journey!

Specially designed to support you in the postpartum months while creating special moments of connection with your little one.

Each 45-minute, mother-led session combines mindful movement, gentle stretching, and relaxation practices to help ease tension, restore strength, and encourage wellbeing after birth.

The classes are suitable for all levels and provide a welcoming space to move at your own pace alongside your baby.

For your little ones, we'll create a calm sensory environment with soft lights, gentle music, toys, and opportunities for exploration and play.

Babies are free to feed, sleep, cuddle, or join in as they wish, making each class relaxed and baby-friendly.

This beautiful four-week series offers time to slow down, reconnect with your body, meet other mums, and enjoy precious moments with your baby in a warm and supportive setting.

  • Postpartum movement - both soft and strong.

  • Relaxation and mindfulness.

  • Sensory experiences for babies.

  • Toys and play opportunities.

  • A welcoming space for mums and babies to connect.

Dates: 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th July 2026

Duration: 45 minutes per session 10:45-11:30AM

Come as you are, bring your baby, and enjoy a peaceful weekly pause together!

What we advise is that baby is not yet fully mobile, so that you can enjoy the time with them, but not have to spend it chasing them around the studio.

Our studio is fully equipped.

Please feel free to bring along anything for comfort for you and your baby.

Our space is completely welcoming to you feeding your little one, and you will be encouraged to both interact with them and also allow them some space whilst you take a little time to focus on yourself.

Your guide Karine is a Senior Yoga teacher. She is a trained Women's Wellbeing Facilitator, and Mum & Baby Yoga qualified.

You will be required to fill in a short studio waiver and initial wellbeing form prior to attending the class.

Suitable from 6/8 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth/c-section), once you have had the all clear to exercise from your GP or women’s health expert.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time to settle yourself in.

Free herbal teas and snacks will be provided.

You and your little one will also receive a small gift at the end of the 4 week course.

This class is limited in capacity to ensure that everyone can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Please consider travelling with baby in arms, as studio and reception space is limited for prams.
