WORKSHOPS AT YOGA BORNE

At Yoga Borne our approach to wellbeing is holistic (whole).

As well as Yoga and movement classes 7 days a week in studio and online, we offer a variety of workshop experiences, encouraging you to delve a little deeper into the rich and varied tapestry of Holistic Yoga.

We offer at least 1 workshop per month, all of which will be listed with full details and available to purchase in the Yoga Borne online shop.



All of our workshops are taught by fully qualified teachers in the subject(s) they are offering as part of their workshops(s).

Some workshops are offered in studio only, some hybrid (in studio and online), and some as online exclusives.
