In 2024 we brought you the “YB Wellbeing Weekender” raising funds and awarenss for World Mental Health Day.

This World Mental Health Day, we’re opening the doors at Yoga Borne for another special day centred around something we believe in every day of the year: our wellbeing is not something we have to navigate alone.

While there is currently no clearly published official theme for World Mental Health Day 2026, our day will be guided by the values at the heart of Yoga Borne — compassion, connection and community.

Join us for a day of accessible yoga and wellbeing practices, opportunities to pause and breathe, and time to connect with others in our community.

A percentage of the profits from the day will also be donated to a mental health charity.

Because wellbeing isn't just about what happens on the mat.

It’s about feeling seen, supported and connected. It’s about making space for ourselves and for one another.

Yoga can’t fix everything. But it can remind us to breathe, to listen, to connect — and to remember that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

Pay as you go (PAYG) can book classes via the Glofox app, website booking page or YB shop. The Glofox app is easiest!

You are welcome to turn up on the day and pay at studio reception, but we cannot guarantee there will be spaces available in classes.

If you are a monthly member and book through Glofox - please be aware this will use 1 x credit and £5 will not be available for charity. We will not be able to refund your credit once purchased.

You can instead book through the YB online shop and pay £5 per class, or purchase the whole day pass.

We do not offer refunds / exchanges or carryovers.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time. Any earlier than this and we will be preapring the space, any later and the class will have started.
