As the Lunar New Year begins, we're invited to reflect, reset and welcome the possibilities of a new cycle.

Join us for a special workshop inspired by the Year of the Fire Goat, exploring the balance between Yin and Yang: stillness and movement, softness and strength, rest and energy.

In Chinese zodiac symbolism, the Goat represents gentleness, creativity and quiet resilience, while the Fire element evokes warmth, vitality and passion. Together, they offer an invitation to reconnect with our inner fire, nurture what matters to us and find balance between doing and simply being.

Through a blend of Yin and Yang Yoga, mindfulness and reflection, we'll explore what we're ready to release, what we wish to carry forward and where we'd like to direct our energy in the year ahead.

This is time to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead.

And because a little reminder can go a long way, each participant will receive a special take-home gift inspired by the workshop — something to help you carry the spirit of The Fire Within into your everyday life.

No resolutions to keep, no expectations to meet. Just space to move, breathe, reflect and rest.

Suitable for complete beginners and beyond, No previous Yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
